Liked:The location was great. Everything was easily reachable on foot, and the Underground station was nearby, making it very convenient to get to and from the airport. The room was spacious enough and clean.

Disliked:The sofa bed was a bit old and quite noisy whenever you moved around at night, but it served its purpose.

Liked:The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms were neat, tidy, clean and well-equipped.

Disliked:It would be great if the blanket for the sofa bed were the same as the blanket for the main bed and kept ready in the wardrobe.

Perfectly fine stay for exploring Vancouver

Liked:Very nice view from our room, appreciated the coffee machine and microwave, very clean and kind & welcoming staff.

Disliked:The location is great for exploring downtown, however the street the hotel is located on is a bit rugged in some places. Groups of homeless people etc.
