Liked:Friendly staff (both at the front desk and housekeeping) and great location. The room itself had everything needed.

Disliked:It would be great if there was an elevator in the near future because the stairs are quite challenging with heavy suitcases but you get informed multiple times at the reservation that there is none so it’s not a negative surprise!

Convenient, comfortable hotel.

Liked:Location was very central and convenient. Room was large with King bed and sitting area. Very fast internet. The hotel is undergoing renovations and surely will be even better afterwards.

Disliked:The room was fairly hot and stuffy although leaving the windows open helped. Bathroom was good but water-saving shower head could have had stronger water pressure. There is no lift but the receptionist offered assistance with carrying our luggage up to the 3rd floor.

Disliked:no one at reception when we arrived next door cafeteria had to ring them for someone to come and book us in and we just waited.
