Aside from the fitness room, the bathrooms were disgusting.

Liked:The staff seemed really nice.

Disliked:For the price, I didn’t think it was spare that none of the fitness equipment worked on not specifically anything electronic. I rely on having that equipment when I’m traveling, especially short trips.

UTTERLY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Liked:The property seems to have had its glory days and looks tired and staffed by rude reception staff!!

Disliked:Reception staff could have been more welcoming and helpful. I found most of them curt and unaccommodating. Never mind the dated ambience - we expected a restful stay considering we were there to attend my sister's funeral. The attitude and exasperation just heightened our grief.
