Beautiful hotel at a perfect location

Liked:Very clean and great location next to the station with a connection directly from the building and an shopping mall.

Disliked:The TV was very slow and the outside of the hotel isn’t as nice as the inside

I love it. I'll definitely come back.

Liked:The hotel staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel view was incredible! I could see Tokyo Disney Resort, Umi-hotaru, and Yokohama Minatomirai area! The room had a big bathtub and complimentary bath salts. After the long walk from TDR, you can relax your body with a hot bath then use the foot massager. That was a fantastic way to recover from my tiredness. The location is perfect for easy access to Tokyo Disney Resort, either by using the free bus services or a quick ride from the station opposite the hotel.

Disliked:The hotel doesn't offer a coin laundry service.

Liked:Once our room was finally sorted it was nice and comftable

Disliked:The reservation was incorrect i paid a lot extra to have a view of the tokyo sky line and they gave me a room on the 7th floor when i queried this they said the last room on the upper floors was allocated the night before yet i had made my booking months previously. When i queried this he said there's nothing they can do when i asked for a refund as at that point after travelling for around 17 hours straight i couldn't be bothered with the load off bollocks they where giving me after i asked for a refund they asked another guest to change rooms we ended up on the 17th floor which still wasn't above the 20th floor what i had paid for but we still had an ok view and i didn't have the strength to argue.
