a nice cheap place, close to philadelphia

Liked:The rooms were nice enough. If you are a golfer the hotel is right there with a view of the links. Its about 20-40 mins to get into the city (depending on traffic) and a lot cheaper than the hotels I saw inside the city proper
Disliked:The hotel lobby was HOT maybe the air was busted and the hallways smelled like old cigarettes even though they have no smoking signs about every 10 feet as you walk the hotel.

I love the owner, the front desk staff and the beautiful designed rooms !!

Liked:The staff was absolutely accommodating & genuinely nice people !! Anytime I come to Upper Darby, I’ll definitely make this my #1 spot !! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the rooms and the colors are high end !! Beautifully designed rooms !! I highly recommend
Disliked:My Recommendation is to always Triple check and room before selling it to a guest. Beautiful rooms like this needs all NEW linen replacement NOT Re-used sheets, washcloths or towels. Housekeepers do need to make sure there is NO HAIR in the bathroom or linen NEVER EVER EVER !! Actually clean the toilets and showers + sinks. Not just make up the bed. Housekeepers definitely need better training on cleaning. The front desk staff IMMEDIATELY took care of it though !! Prompt and Quick !! He even watched to make sure the room was clean to standard !! Great Management team to the wonderful beautiful lady at the front . I think she is the owner. It’s a family business & they are doing GREAT !! I highly recommend this lovely hotel !!

It was very disappointing and for them not to take this serious and I have to keep reaching

Liked:The look and the fact it was surrounded with the golf course a bunch of trees and grass was very relaxing besides that it’s in the side of the road with no walkway. It was kind of dangerous to across the street so they should put more lighting around and or some type of walk area.
Disliked:The fact that they did not try to accommodate or work with me to reconciliate the issue that we had which was paid over 300 and something dollars to stay three nights and we addressed the issue immediately the same day via email because that morning we had to get to work
