Good with some hiccups

Liked:We already stayed here, good location and a great restaurant. The quality of the restaurant is very exceptional and very friendly staff in the evening restaurant and a bar.

Disliked:This time we didn't know about the renovation, so it was a bit tricky to get to our room. You should do something about the pillows, they are really not comfortable. We booked a double room but there was a third bed ready, that was totally in the way in a small room. At the reception they said that in the evening they can't send anyone to pick that up, so we did put the bed away ourselves. The staff this morning at the breakfast and the receptionist could be more friendly (looking at their phones and ignoring the guests is not so nice).

Clean, nice hotel

Liked:Very clean, kind staff, surprisingly nice hotel for a slightly off-track location. Stayed here as a stopover close to the highway.

Disliked:Mattresses have had better times, a bit worn out / soft.

If you prefer location, go for it, but otherwise choose something else.

Liked:There are a few good things about this place: if you come with a car, you can park in the garage. But first, when you arrive, park on the normal level (you are at) behind the hotel (restaurant parking). Go inside for a check-in (we arrived 2 hours prior and the room was ready). They will give you a card that will give you access to the garage. From there you can take the elevator to the room. The bathroom in the room was amazing. There are really thick curtains so it's dark at night. The breakfast was good, sometimes there was something missing - cheeses etc. The location is perfect - 5 minutes from the S-bahn that takes you to Marienplatz in 15 minutes. I recommend the app MVGO to find the best route to get anywhere and buy tickets. There are also good restaurants around and a supermarket - EDEKA.

Disliked:If the location is the only important thing for you, go for it. But otherwise stay away. The staff doesn't speak good English (it's hard to understand and it seems like they are not even trying to help you understand). They don't say Hi when you come inside the hotel or in the morning, unless you greet them first. The room is not good. The beds are very soft and it hurts your back. There is only one window so you can't really make the wind flow in the room. The kitchenette is a joke - no salt, no dishsoap, no sponge, no kitchen towel. You can't really cook there. When we arrived, we didn't see it, because it was locked in a closet - we had to ask them to open it. You can hear everything from other bedrooms. There was really hot too, during the night. They gave us only one card. When you leave, you really have to swing the door a lot to close it, otherwise it stays open.

Beautiful and comfortable well located hotel

Liked:Clean and like new hotel with nice and welcoming staff. Spacious and beautiful bedroom with new and clean furniture, and a comfortable bed. Clean bathroom with good shower and water pressure.

Disliked:I missed a kettle, a cup and some tea/instant coffee options, as well as a small fridge. I found pillows very uncomfortable but that is very personal.
