Liked:The room was nice and clean, the furniture was new and it had a pleasant design overall. The bed was comfortable. The location was also great, with restaurants in close proximity. We stayed 1 night while transiting Germany and it was easy to reach the hotel in the evening and get back to the highway the next day. The underground free parking was a big plus.

Disliked:The upper floor rooms have an interesting design with the glass roof but they get very hot because the glass roof creates a greenhouse effect. It gets hot during the day and it barely cools off during the night. When we arrived in the evening, the outside temperature was quite chilly but in the room it was way hotter from the heat accumulated during the day (which was not a particularly hot day). There is no AC. They provide a ventilator but you cannot leave it running while you sleep because it is very noisy. We had to sleep with the windows open but the street was noisy.

Good but with minor issues

Liked:Very modern, very pleasant room and bathroom. The staff was very helpful. The bus station that takes you to town is right next to the hotel.

Disliked:Extremely far away from the centre of the town, if you go to Munich for concerts the night busses wont take you back to the hotel, and an uber will be necessary from Giesing. There were some sort of crumbs under the sheets. Request rooms that are not facing the main street and the restaurant, on Saturdays you can barely fall asleep because of the noise.
