Negatively impacted by unclean bedding, hair on the sheets, and leftovers from previous occupants.
Owner is very friendly and attentive to needs despite earlier issues.
Conveniently located near the bus stop with easy access to central New York.
Rooms were well furnished but issues with cleanliness diminished the experience.
Well equipped kitchen and good wifi, but some amenities were missing initially.
Overall good value, but cleanliness issues may affect perceived value.
Lacked basic coffee in the kitchen which was supposed to be supplied.
Enjoyable stay but marred by cleanliness issues.
