Spectacular view friendly staff. Great stay.

Liked:The view is spectacular. Loved the infinity pool. Bamboo architecture great.

Disliked:The rooms are really really dark. Hard if you are trying to find things in your suitcase. I think the complex needs a bit of an upgrade. Breakfast was ok but not nearly as good as the last two resorts.

My go to every time I’m in uluwatu

Liked:Second time staying at Suarga, definitely the best pool view and relaxing atmosphere I’ve ever stayed at, awesome cappuccino and food, never waiting for a drink or service. 5 star experience without the price tag

They need to work on "Cleanliness"

Liked:the room overlooks a pool which is great. Thats about all that is great, the rest of the room was not that great. For example, the light switches sometimes works, but if they don't try try again :)

Disliked:The cleaning services were really bad. We called them about maybe spraying the bathroom (the bathroom has an open ceiling) and the room has wood flooring that you can see nature underneath it. I mean it's okay to find maybe a few bugs here and there, but a crap!! that was something... ooh and also Jerry (the mouse) eat our soap. Another disappointment, on the day of check out at around 11:30AM they refused to serve us coffee as the checkout time was set by at 12PM and we can NOT extend it an hour. The key question, is how did they deliver that message. In short, they said you want coffee? come to the front desk and we would give you coffee, which was laughable. And another point do NOT leave any food / drinks after you are done outside or inside of your room as ants have a fantastic updating service and location of such will be identified and attacked at once lol and yeah the staff might leave it till next day or the next afternoon
