Liked:The location is very central. Many people mentioned in the reviews that they were disturbed by the noise from nearby bars and music venues, but we didn’t find the music in our room too disturbing. The staff are very attentive, kind, and helpful.

Disliked:I think the rooms need some maintenance. There is no shower enclosure, so the whole bathroom gets wet and stays very humid. On our second day, tiny bugs started appearing, especially in the bathroom, which was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was completely black and had very poor lighting, making it difficult to see whether it was clean or even get ready in front of the mirror. Another issue was the poor soundproofing — we could clearly hear conversations coming from the room next door. Overall, the hotel was a bit disappointing for me, and I don’t think I would choose to stay here again.

Amazing place with the best staff.

Liked:This place is amazing. Don’t be deterred by nonsense about noise. It has the best staff team of any hotel I’ve stayed at. The pool is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable with a unique style of their own. Breakfast was superb and the location couldn’t be better. Communication is outstanding…..new level to me. Thanks Awan, Sal, the ladies at the front desk and all the team.
