Disliked:I don’t usually leave reviews however I felt it was necessary to share our experience so future guests know what to expect. We understand that some road and construction noise is normal in Bali but the noise during our stay was on another level. There is a huge construction site directly across from the villas with work continuing throughout the day. On top of this the nightclub down the road created extremely loud noise late into the night making it very difficult to sleep, ending around 4am. Earplugs are provided in the room for the extent of the noise however none of this was mentioned in the booking information. Had we known how loud it would be we would not have booked this accommodation. The photos are also very misleading. The villas a quite worn down. Our shower head was broken with no hot water and our toilet did not flush properly. Our bath was also rusted so were not able to enjoy this either. We were unfortunately very disappointed with our stay and feel future guests should be made aware before booking. On a positive note the Balinese staff were so kind and friendly and cleaned our room every day for us.

Disliked:DO NOT BOOK THIS VILLA This was honestly one of the worst villa experiences I have ever had, and I would not recommend this property to anyone. The listing is extremely misleading. The photos do not accurately represent the villa, and there is NO warning whatsoever that the property is directly beside construction and exposed to incredibly loud music and unbearable bass. This is not a case of occasionally hearing some background noise. The bass was so intense that you could physically feel it vibrating through the villa. It was relentless and completely ruined any chance of relaxing or getting a decent night’s sleep. This is something guests absolutely deserve to know BEFORE paying to stay here. On top of this, the water pressure was ridiculously low and the water actually cut out, making basic things like showering extremely difficult. What makes this even more frustrating is that none of these major issues were properly disclosed before booking. If the listing had been honest about the surrounding construction, noise and conditions, I would have never booked this villa in the first place. I contacted the property about these issues and was not offered a satisfactory resolution. I was eventually forced to leave the villa early because the conditions were simply unacceptable. Guests should not have to arrive at a property only to discover that the reality is completely different from what they were led to believe from the listing. Very disappointing, very misleading, and absolutely not worth the money. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you are prepared for construction noise, extremely loud music/bass and unreliable water.
