Not a true 5-star resort by European standards

Liked:Right from the start, we loved that they pick you up from the parking lot in a golf cart and drive you to check-in, which the kids found incredibly fun! The beach is absolutely fantastic with super soft sand, and the à la carte restaurants serve very delicious food. The kids' club was amazing, and the staff there took wonderful care of the children—the mini-disco was a huge hit! Overall, the staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and polite. The kitchen staff were even sweet enough to warm up porridge for our son at breakfast, and he loved the food. The internet connection was also very good across the entire resort. Additionally, everything is exceptionally clean—both the rooms and the resort itself—and the towels and bathrobes provided in the room were beautifully soft.

Disliked:The comfort of the room (premium) was very disappointing and not worth the money. The mattress was extremely stiff, and although there were two pillows per person, both were just as hard and stiff. To make matters worse, the air conditioning did not work at all, leaving the room uncomfortably hot all night. The swimming pool was also on the colder side and very slippery; in fact, both a child and an adult in our group had a bad fall on the pool steps. We found the food in the main cafeteria to be a big letdown for the adults (kids like the bland food). The buffet felt unexciting and highly tailored to local tastes and neighboring countries, rather than what Western Europeans are used to. The food often felt reheated and cold, with only mass-produced bread full of additives instead of fresh options—though perhaps it improves in high summer when the hotel is fully booked. Furthermore, the plates and glasses in the main hall were far below standard, showing visible wear and tear. Additionally, for one of the evenings and breakfast, a large school group of around 30 children completely took over the pool and dinner area with a lot of noise. For this price and room category, we expected a much better experience.

Amazing stay

Liked:We had a lovely stay with my family and celebrating my birthday there. All the staff are amazing specially Tatjana from reception and very accomodating with all our needs. The food was lovely and we really love the beef dishes. We will definitely comeback. ❤️
