Not impressed. This is the worst residence inn I’ve ever stayed at.

Liked:It was close to the location of my visit.

Disliked:The elevator was broken and we had to go up the stairs with our bags. There was construction and loud noises that made it difficult to sleep and to make it worse, the front desk staff was very rude! I can’t believe it.

Parking charges are levied by a third party that makes mistakes and overcharges.

Liked:I stayed at the property for a work trip over a month ago. I paid for parking at the property using a QR code at the reception. Turns out, the parking charges are collected by a third party which charged me for 10 nights even when I stayed for just 2 nights. The worst part is, when I called the property to request a refund, they flatly said call the third party since we are not liable for the charge. If I'm staying at a Marriott property, and making a payment to the property, I don't want to deal with random third parties when things go wrong. What's the point of booking a Marriott when I still need to deal with shady companies with no customer support. I would strongly advise to avoid this property if you're going to park a car.

Won’t stay again.

Liked:I had stayed there before so I knew the location was great.

Disliked:It felt rundown. There is now a charge for parking. No one cleaned our room. When I tried to call front desk to find out how to get clean towels, no one answered the phone. I went downstairs and an employee with an engineer name tag informed me we had to request our room be cleaned. When is that a standard practice? There were children running and shouting in the halls after 10 pm and knocking on doors. Upon check out we learned that person who checked us in marked that we didn’t want our room cleaned but hadn’t asked us. When I mentioned the new cost for parking which wasn’t secure parking, the front desk person said, “ you didn’t use our garage?” What garage?
