A lovely Alpine hotel, but the dinner was disappointing.

Liked:The hotel is in a beautiful location with a large separate car park and a lovely Alpine atmosphere. Our deluxe apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff at check-in were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The wellness part is really cool as well.

Disliked:Dinner was disappointing and not worth the price. The portions were small and the food was not particularly good. We accidentally took two drinks from the breakfast machine, and the waiter spoke to us in a very bothered and unpleasant manner. We were also charged for both drinks, despite breakfast being included in our stay.

Liked:Free decent breakfast, nice sauna area (with sauna, steam room, cold plunge, hot tub, showers), pleasant staff. Outstanding location in the Alps with views from the room, a couple minutes away from Hintertux skiing.

Disliked:Had to wait 10 minutes at reception when we arrived in the evening as it was unstaffed and no one answered the bell, but other than that, everything was great.
