I checked out....did not stay!!!🥴. Could not stay, not safe, no light in bathroom!

Disliked:It was my first terrible hotel experience: no hot water, water only drizzled from shower head, no working light in bathroom, bugs flying about and crawling in bathroom, hallways & lobby extremely hot, room AC struggling & very noisy and not cooling room, pool closed: I went to front desk and checked out. She gave me her name and number for booking to call to confirm the issues they were having in hopes of my getting a refund! Staff was genuinely sorry for the issues they have been having with the plumbing!
