Liked:Excellent location for our medical appointment. Trinity at the front desk is very helpful and professional. We enjoyed our stay at this Sheraton Hotel, we stayed an extra night.

Happy not happy

Liked:I loved the size of the entire room. It was very spacious. The pool was clean and the weight room was nice. It was very convenient to have the laundry room right across from me.

Disliked:The hotel is very nice, but when I got there, I was told they overbooked handicapped accessible rooms, and they upgraded me to an executive suite. The suite was nice, but it was not equipped for me to bathe or use the restroom, no grab bars, a narrow shower, a low toilet, and the shower chair was wobbly and too small. I appreciate the upgrade, and if it wasn't for the personal hygiene part of it, it would have been a 10 star experience

We enjoyed our stay.

Liked:We really liked the color (teal) to decorate the room. I liked the light on the top of the bed frame. Nice room overall. While we didn't get to fully enjoy the outdoor area due to lack of time, I would have liked to make use of the pool and maybe even the gym.
