Wasn’t able to sleep due to the noise in the room

Disliked:The air conditioner our room was very loud and they weren’t able to fix it. Got very little sleep.

A pleasant and comfortable stay with friendly staff, although cleanliness in some common areas could be improved..

Liked:The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The hotel was well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay.

Disliked:The laundry room was quite dirty, and I was told that it had been in that condition for several days. This is definitely something that could be cleaned and maintained more regularly. In the evening, I also noticed several pizza boxes and some trash left in the hallway, probably by guests near the trash bins. However, by the next morning everything in the hallway had been cleaned up and looked neat again, which I appreciated.
