Love Tsagarada but it’s difficult to find good accomodation. This one is ok but not great

Liked:We often visit Tsagarada because the area is one of our most loved in Greece. This house is the lower part of a house, so it’s not the entire house as pictured in the photos. The outdoor seating is private from the rest of the property and the views are stunning. A small path connects the house to the big square of Tsagarada which was a treat. The host was helpful.

Disliked:As mentioned the apartment is located in the lower part of the house, which gave us the feeling of living in a basement, the ceiling is low and there is a basement smell in the apartment. The cleaning was so and so (I am very picky). And there was quite a few hairstrands on the shower floor (even though the apartment had just been cleaned before our arrival). We also saw (I think) cat hairs on the clean sheets and the pillow covers. The parking space that is reserved for the property is difficult to get to. We had a rented car and didn’t feel comfortable going down the very steep and narrow road. We parked in the square and walked to the place.

Beautiful nature, nice restaurants, modern facilities, friendly hosts.

Liked:Excellent hospitality and genuine care for us, we received great help during our rainy departure by the lady owner who also called many times to check how we were doing, a big thank you for your decency and hospitality.
