Great stay. Excellent location

Liked:A warm, welcoming stay in a spotlessly clean house. The location is great - a 5-10 minute walk down into the centre. The rooms are spacious - we even had a 4 poster bed!!!, and cleaned daily. There is a continental breakfast included and, in the breakfast room a small fridge for guests to use. If you decide on a takeaway meal,you can use the breakfast room - plates, cutlery etc are available. A lucky find. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. There is an outdoor seating area and a separate one (I think) for smokers although the house is, of course, smoking free.

Comfort plus.

Liked:We didn’t expect too much on arrival as the Booking.com description was basic but on stepping through the front door and meeting June the owner we were very pleasantly surprised. June showed us to our room which was very well appointed. She showed us all the facilities which, to our surprise, included a very comprehensive breakfast room. We didn’t even know that breakfast was included! Not only that there was teas and coffee and home made cake on offer. We took our drinks plus cake out into the rear garden which was delightful in the hot weather and had a lovely chat to June’s husband and general handyman, Greg. Our one night stay was very comfortable with a lovely breakfast in the morning. The location of Townhouse Rooms is just a short walk from Truro town centre with free parking a bonus right in front of the house. Meeting June and Greg, who obviously work so hard to provide a comfortable environment for their guests, was a highlight of our time in Truro. Thank you to both of you.

Disliked:There was nothing to dislike.

Perfect place to stay in central Truro.

Liked:The owner was so helpful. I had a contact call prior to arriving and everything was ready when I arrived and I was welcomed with such kindness and attention it really was the best customer service. The owners could not have been more helpful. The room was light, spacious and immaculately clean. I really enjoyed coming back there after a long day out at work. The location is perfect with a very short walk into Truro and easy access out. Parking was available at the front or rear of the property. Breakfast was beautifully laid out in self service style with lots of pastries and toast options, yogurt and fresh fruit.

Disliked:Nothing at all.
