Not going back

Liked:Location was good.

Disliked:Beds are soft and worn out,we had a suite with some food prep station but no table or chairs to sit and eat.free breakfast was ok but far from great we stayed for 8 days only had breakfast for 4 days.we won't be going back.

Comfortable Room

Liked:Large king bed room. Comfortable bed & pillows. Bathroom facilities were very good. Small kitchenette was handy to have. Great hot & cold buffet breakfast available in the morning. We had dinner in the on-site restaurant, Miller's which was very good. It is open from 4pm. Staff were very welcoming & friendly. It is the motel section of the Best Western Hotel & Convention Center.

Disliked:Nothing.

Disliked:There was 2 staff at front desk. One staff was with a customer while my family was with the other staff member. She was middle of our papers as she stopped working with us and took another couples request. Instead of saying that she will be with them shortly. So it took longer booking in and it wouldn't hurt for staff to be cheerful and smile a little more.
