Liked:It was very nice, clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great.

Disliked:I was surprised by lack of teamwork. I had questions that I went to the front desk to get answered. The front desk sent me to the cafe. The lady at the cafe was extremely busy and had a line. The lady at the front desk was sitting talking with someone casually (not a work discussion, I could not see other person, so I assumed it was a FaceTime). I waited in line a few minutes before I went back to the front desk and asked if I was really supposed to wait there while the cafe lady cooked and cashed out all the orders ahead of me? All I needed was empty cups and a menu. I was not ordering anything. The cafe lady could have used her help to move the line along however it was clear there was a “not my job” mindset over a teamwork one. After I went back to her she came out from behind the counter and went to grab me what I needed, but she still didn’t help the other guests waiting. Everyone was very friendly, just not aware.
