Great location and staff.

Liked:Location was fabulous. Staff very nice. Fantastic breakfast!

Disliked:Carpeting VERY stained in my room. Mattress not comfortable and the two twins were coming apart causing a big gap.

Disliked:DREADFUL SERVICE - It was impossible to sleep in the room, as there was a heating conduct running through it - I complained whilst there and by email (as instructed by the receptionist and the ‘hotel rules’) but despite sending 6 emails so far I have had NOT had any response - terrible. I have told the hotel that I want a refund for the room but they have not responded to date!

Liked:Room was great but the climb up the stairs was hard for us . The staff transported one of us and our luggage to the bus station for our departure which was so very much appreciated.
