Nice flat in the heart of Trieste

Liked:The apartment was perfect: you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was cost and warm. Just pay attention that the building is located in the pedestrian street. The location of the apartment is great as you can reach many sightseeing places by foot. There are plenty of restaurants all around and some supermarkets in the area. It was nice to receive the information about Trieste sightseeing places and a kind of tourist guide beforehand. The guidance on how to find the flat was quite clear. Communication with the hosts was quick and nice. As we travelled by car we had some troubles with parking in the city center. Plus, we arrived on Saturday evening and there was a kind of celebration in Trieste. We had to wait some time to enter the underground parking and it was tough as we had a long day travellings and there was a child in the car.

Disliked:For a longer stay we would feel the absence of windows. The flat was located on the loft floor (there were some windows on the ceiling). May be issues with finding a parking place if you travel on weekends.

Very nice and clean apartment in a perfect location.

Liked:The location of the apartment is perfect, in the city center, a few steps from the beach. It really is like in the pictures, spacious, exceptionally clean, the bed is comfortable. There is also a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hairdryer. It is a bit strange that there is no view and balcony, but the other advantages make up for it. Access to the entrance is by code, there was 1 flight of stairs in the entrance with a lift, a modern elevator, the key was waiting for us in a coded box next to the entrance of the apartment. We did not notice any movement in the entrance, it was very quiet. The apartment is also quiet, only the evening concert can be heard from the square next to it, which was every evening between about 9 and 11, quite loud. It was not disturbing for us. You cannot approach the entrance by car, it is worth parking in the nearby covered parking lot, 5-6 minutes walk. The parking lot is most of the time full, we had to wait a few minutes until we got in, 22 euros/day.

Disliked:Overall, it was adequate, we would come again.

A fine spot from which to explore Trieste.

Liked:The property could not be in a better location. Everything that I had been told about the property by the host was absolutely accurate - no disappointments at all! I was impressed by the communications I received from Daniele - about the apartment, the access, the location and nearby services - and the timing was spot on. I enjoyed my stay very much indeed and have great memories of Trieste.
