We would definitely stay here again.

Liked:The hotel was located conveniently close to Capitol Reef National Park. There was a gas station, restaurant and small store on the property. The owner was very friendly and helpful, along with the employee in the store. Beds were comfortable. Rooms and property are well maintained.

Disliked:When we got to the lobby for more coffee it was all gone.

Liked:Very pleasant owner..clean room...very good Mexican restaurant near the motel.

Disliked:No free breakfast offer..although there is a market across the parking lot where you can purchase breakfast items.

The stay was ok, we didn't spend much time in our room do to the smell.

Liked:The view was amazing.

Disliked:Are room smelled of smoke, Not fresh smoke, but like it was an old room that used to allow smoking, the ac only kinda of worked.

Just lovely.

Liked:The location was perfect near the intersection of highway 12 and 24. We stayed the night there and was within miles of Capitol Reef National Park. We checked in and asked for a change to a king room instead of two queen beds. The desk clerk accommodated our request with a lovely king suite. All of the property was immaculate, the bed comfortable and we had a quiet evening even though most of the rooms were booked.

Disliked:Not a thing.
