Would Recommend to anyone

Liked:Everything is close by walking distance from the residence. The home is very nice and really clean. MAKE SURE TO GET THE SECURITY PIN BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE RESIDENCE. I would definitely recommend the home to anyone there's three bedrooms very nice beds. Pictures are true. Don't hesitate book this. There's a microwave, airfryer, kettle, toaster stove, oven, just about everything a standard kitchen would have and very clean. this home is really nice.

Disliked:I had three small issues, The Host didn't send the pin to unlock the key.... was trying to reach out from the day before travel and on the day via whats app where it was easier for me to communicate which the host also agreed, and got no reply.... arrived to the home was locked out it was FREEZING cold outside, we stood there trying combinations to get into the residence. Eventually one of the family members decided to walk around the home calling to the downstairs to get assistance and the information was sent to my whats app where we gained entry. The stove in the home was to modernize for me, However I wasn't going to be doing much cooking so I just didn't worry to try to get it understood. The air fryer and most other kitchen electronics can't work at the same time or the breaker would trip and downstairs would need to assist with turning it on.

Nice and spacious apartment in beautiful neighbourhood. Ok value for the price. Good communication.

Liked:Located in a quiet and nice neighbourhood. A few good restaurants close by and easy access to public transport. Easy access to key on arrival a bonus. Shampooing/conditioner/soap available.

Disliked:Poor lighting in the front bedroom and living room (for reading) as most of the light on the tables and or the electric plug not working or none available. No real system of garbage/recycle/compost existing, only a small garbage on the floor in the kitchen and bathroom. Would strongly suggest to invest in a few facecloth and dishcloth. 3 rolls of toilet paper for 2 people for 8 days is definitely not enough. You should not expect your visitors to buy toilet paper for short stay like this. A few teabag and coffee pod would have been a nice welcome gesture. As a short time visitor, it is hard to expect a client to buy pepper, oil, sugar and just a few more basic. That could have been a nice attention that does not cost a lot. We were not expecting an access to the yard but should you think of improving the client experience (especially during Summer and Fall), 2 chairs, a little table and perhaps a plant would also be an easy and inexpensive way to improve the experience of your client, especially that you have a nice and spacious side porch. Also, a small bottle of laundry detergent and a few sheets for the dryer would be appreciated. Not sure you want your guess to use dish soap or shampooing in your machines! The apartment have good potential but would need some TLC (paint, etc).

Would definitely stay again!

Liked:The house was so clean and neat! Smelt amazing walking in and was a jaw dropping experience for my first BBB experience honestly might never rent a hotel again! Would stay here EVERYTIME if I come back to toronto and need a place! Cleaning staff that showed up were super kind and polite and patient. Neighborhood is close to everything and is such a good price compared to local hotels.

Disliked:Check out at 11 am and check in at 3pm it would be nice to have them switched around as rushing out the next morning kinda sucked where 3pm would allow for a more relaxed check out day
