Fantastic property, would stay here again if in Toronto.

Liked:We were met to collect the keys. The host kindly arranged for us to be met early so we could leave our bags in the property so we could begin our day. The property was perfect for our stay, it was in a great location and was just like the pictures. It is on a very high floor so the view was great but to bare in mind if you don’t like heights.

Shockingly unprofessional accomodatio- poor habital standards

Liked:Little outside of location this place is definitely a money grab.

Disliked:This was disgusting..! The property was unclean, with damp towels, and no operational lighting in either bathroom. The host claimed to have brought six bulbs but was unable to replace a standard 60W bulb (no bulb in sight) which is concerning and unprofessional. The closets were filled with personal belongings, making the space feel more like someone’s private home than a prepared rental. Food marks all over the kitchen, stains from plunger, no garbages, mold and questionable stains on furniture. Overall, the experience was poorly handled and far below basic hospitality standards. We should have been compensated for a lack of basic cleanliness and ability to shower. I washed our towels and linen as they were dirty. Very uncomfortable, and defensive hosts.

Liked:I liked the location, the size of the apartment, the view and the full Kitchen

Disliked:Storage full with artefacts from the owner like an old AC, the spare bedding unfolded and visibly not washed. The walls need painting. The bathroom looks runneddown
