Disliked:Rooms could use a refresh, looked dated. Very surprised there was a charge for wi-fi. Have not seen that at a hotel in the last 30 years. Asked for a wake up call that we never got.

Excellent hotel - would use again or recommend

Liked:Location was excellent with views over the lake and was around a 10 minute walk from transport links. A fairly quiet location and we were given a room on the eleventh floor which was a corner room and very quiet.The beds were excellent and so comfortable however quite high off the ground so those of us who are ‘vertically challenged’ can struggle to get in & out.

Disliked:Pillows were softer than I like however I got around this by utilising a spare towel and putting it in the Pillowcase rather than bothering housekeeping. The entrance to reception had several sets of steps which were not ideal, however they put up notices to warn that they were slippery when wet.

Great location, nice room, disappointed with customer service

Liked:Location, was excellent

Disliked:Staff could be unhelpful when asking for things, didn’t advise about breakfast when we checked in and had to ask to be told we hadn’t booked which we did. Had to ask for towels on 3rd day as had not had cleaned in 2 days, we did refuse the cleaner as it was 7am and we were still sleeping! When I asked housekeeping next day she said we were not on the list as do not disturb sign was on, again this was at 7am. I asked what time they clean and said 11am and we were out for that time every day. Hotel was nice, clean and a great location however felt staff were not very helpful
