What a great hotel!!

Liked:We booked this hotel just five hours before arrival while we were at the airport, after our original accommodation unexpectedly cancelled on us at the last minute. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The bell staff and reception team greeted us with such warmth and kindness, which was exactly what we needed after a very stressful morning. To make our stay even more special, the receptionist kindly offered us a complimentary upgrade to a larger room, welcome drink vouchers for several days, and a voucher for the spa. These thoughtful gestures completely turned our day around. A special thank you to Madeline at reception, who truly embodied the kindness and hospitality that Canadians are famous for. Her compassion and genuine care made us feel so welcome during a difficult situation. I was genuinely touched and almost brought to tears by her kindness. What started as a stressful travel experience turned into a wonderful stay thanks to the incredible team at the hotel. We are so grateful for their outstanding service and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

A beautiful historic hotel in downtown Toronto

Liked:The Omni King Edward Hotel is a beautiful and historic hotel in a great location in downtown Toronto. The lobby is beautiful and full of character. Our room was incredibly spacious and clean, and the king sized bed was so comfortable. We also really appreciated the 12pm check out time to have some extra time in the morning to wander around the city before we had to leave. We will absolutely stay here again when needing a hotel in Toronto.

Liked:Loved this stay- as a solo traveler I was welcomed and safe. This hotel is actually one I would come back to visit again! Loved the proximity to everything- especially with bikes across the street the tram and subway I could go anywhere and explore everything
