The carpet in the bedroom was dirty and the hallways were affected by severe flooding.

Liked:Place was absolutely beautiful. Accessible to lots of shops, restaurants, union station. Quick with responses and very helpful and kind! Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Liked:When we arrived there were wet towels in the bathroom sink and wood chips on the floor. We called support and they told us a repair man had been in after cleaners to fix the dishwasher. I asked for a cleaner to come and bring more towels and tidy up. They said no one was available and there were no other rooms available. They offered us late check out on the day we leave and a cleaner would come "first thing" the next day. There was no cleaner or contact from support until late in the day. When the cleaner did arrive all he had was a bottle of windex and a roll of paper towels. We had to wait while he went and got the things we needed. On checkout day i received a messge telling me checkout was at 11 and since we hadn't checked out yet we would be charged $40. I had to remjnd the staff member that we were offered late checkout and I had an e-mail to prove it. Again they apologized, but it was another example of poor service. In between day one and day five our stay was good. The location is great and the condo matched the description.
