Liked:Everyone was nice, breakfast was available and room was clean

Disliked:I had to use the washing machine, put my money in there and the machine would not work. Had to go to get someone to come look at it. He was able to give me my three dollars back and we use a different machine.

We greatly enjoyed ourselves and wished we had an extra day or two to stay there and explore more.

Liked:The staff was friendly and quick to help answer all questions. The location was perfect to visit the sites we wished to see. The staff even delivered a small care package to our room when they learned the trip was for my wife's birthday, they were excellent hosts.

Birthday weekend stay

Liked:Loved the centralized location, with a view of the CN Tower which was gorgeous at night. The room was spacious and comfortable and it was well appointment. The staff were super helpful and very friendly. The complimentary buffet breakfast had the right amount of everything to satisfy most people and was very tasty. Well done to the kitchen staff.

Disliked:The hotel although very clean was very dated and tired looking. For example, the chairs in out suite were frayed and worn out, and the wall throughout felt dull and washed out. And more modern fixtures in the bathroom would be nice with a detachable shower head would be useful.
