Great views and comfortable beds but needs a little TLC

Liked:The best thing about this apartment is the amazing views. The apartment is on a corner so there are views over Toronto from every room. It’s high up, on the 61st floor, so may not work for those scared of heights. The beds were comfortable, although I have no idea why the bed in the main bedroom was so high. I am tall and I struggled to climb into the bed. Having 3 bedrooms worked well for our family. Clear instructions to find both the keys and the apartment itself. Great location, a short walk from Union Station and the waterfront.

Disliked:For somewhere called the Presidential Suite, it is in definite need of some TLC. A cupboard door was hanging off, lots of chipped paint, blind slats missing so that privacy was compromised, and open food left in the fridge and cupboards. There is a large storage room off the main bedroom that is badly organised, such that it was a struggle to hang clothes and I only found the iron and small ironing board on the last morning, buried under other things. The wardrobes in the other bedrooms had rugs and boxes shoved in them, again compromising hanging space, and they could easily have been stored off the main bedroom if it was better organised. We had no clear direction on which process to use to check out (there are 3 options) and we weren’t able to reach the owner, so we had to just leave and let him know. Thankfully there wasn’t an issue but it would have been useful to have this communicated the night before we were due to leave.

Liked:This was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Toronto! The apartment was well-equipped and conveniently located, the host was responsive and helpful, and the views were breathtaking! It was the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring the city.

Liked:I really enjoy everything about this property the owner and managing team of very nice stunning view, stunning apartments, and I’ve been downtown Toronto trying all kind of different condos apartments Villa hotels and this one is definitely a hidden gem
