Pleasant and conveniently located.

Liked:Location was very good. The suite was well equipped and comfortable.

Disliked:Flooring in bathroom was in very poor condition - laminate flooring was heaving and a bit of a safety hazard since the raised edges could easily be tripped on. Air conditioning unit did not work. Pillows were very thick and extremely uncomfortable.

GREAT WALKABLE NEIGHBORHOOD WITH EASY TRAM RIDE INTO CENTER CITY

Liked:The location has many cafes, bistros and restaurants withing walking distance - many locals walking their dogs and heading places on foot throughout the day. Convenient private parking behind the building. Fantastic location for catching a tram to center city or other locations - we walked back from the Distillery District - 20 minutes. Their coffee maker broke the week before we checked in - The host had a new one over-nighted to us the first day!!!!

Disliked:We were on the 3rd floor - lots of steps for old people. There have been some leaks in the past that need some attention but nothing detracted from our stay.

This is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or children.

Liked:The location/ walk ability, we walked a lot, miles, which was fun.

Disliked:The staircase leading to the unit is immediately when you open the door. It is a spiral metal staircase. That is very dangerous. The front door, which is in the back, opens directly onto the first step. I feel sorry for anyone who decides to have a couple drinks and try to go back to this unit. Almost fell a couple times. The sink in the kitchen was loose and rickety. The bathroom was OK. The beds were nice. This is a very minimal unit with really nothing to offer except for local TV channels and a place to crash your head. There is nothing special about this unit and the staircase once again is extremely dangerous. This is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or children. There is a stove, coffee pot, and microwave. The dehumidifier fills up quickly, at least twice a day. No central air or modified air, there is a stand up fan. The front door in the front is emergency exit only. The door is in the back. There is one parking space, it is free.
