The stay was excellent and I would definitely stay again but for a longer timeframe.

Liked:The property is really close to a Tim Horton's so getting a quick breakfast and coffee was very convenient. There were other restaurants and pubs within a short walking distance so food options were not a problem.

Disliked:I had no complaints. This apartment was very clean and had everything! If staying longer than the 1 night, I would have bought some groceries and ate in some.

We will never stay here again

Liked:The location was good

Disliked:We booked self-catering accommodation so we could cook for our family. The hob did not work for the whole length of our 10-day stay. As a result, we couldn't cook for our children who have specific dietary requirements. The curtains were too small for the windows in our bedroom and in the living area and didn't block out the light. The curtain pole fell off the window in the bedroom also. The noise from the train every few minutes kept us all awake each night. I contacted Globalstay on several occasions, and my husband rang them to try to get hob fixed or to get a portable one. We were advised that curtains would be replaced, but this didn't happen either. When we got nowhere, I then made a formal complaint and asked several times to speak with the owner as we were not getting anywhere. . To date, we have not received any communication. The customer service for this apartment is so diar and we are very disappointed. They kept asking us to send a video of a cooker not working (absolutely ridiculous). We ended up throwing out food as we couldn't use the hob. The accommodation cost over €300 a night and it is definitely not worth it. We had to spend a huge amount of money eating out which had not planned for. We will never stay here again

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property.
