Superb service and Savory Food

Liked:At the Toronto location, excellent service from German! He accommodated my partner and I perfectly for a birthday dinner. Very flavourful food, and the Tres Leche is a must have desert. I would definitely visit for a brunch or dinner downtown.

Great Experience

Liked:Our stay at the 1 Hotel Toronto was very good. We stayed here while in town for our Daughters wedding, The hotel is lovely, the food is really good. The staff were all very nice. We did bring our 2 dogs with us for the three days, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Robin for helping us with all the arrangements and answering my many questions. Robin was amazing to work with!! He also introduced us to Elaine for dog sitting/walking. I would hire Elaine again in a heartbeat! My dogs loved her and she treated them as if they were her own! She kept them so busy they had so much fun!! If you take your dogs with you, I strongly recommend you work with Robin and hire Elaine!

The service here makes the difference!

Liked:Had a great stay booking this hotel through the American Express Fine Hotels and Resorts program. The service is impeccable. Our suitcase broke just as we were leaving and the bell service helped us through this stressful experience. Special shout-out to Karim with the bell desk, who also got us a terrific ride to the airport and helped mitigate this situation. Front desk management was able to help us get a temporary late check out so we could get a new suitcase and repack. The lobby bar was great and good service by the bartender. The pool on the roof is beautiful! Sleep quality was very nice. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic location, very clean premises and rooms, Staff is great. Good value, always a repeat

Liked:Breakfast at 1Kitchen is fantastic. Good coffee, quality healthy choices, pleasant atmosphere. Staff is kind, courteous and helpful -- shout-out to Lifa in particular! Rooms are clean and modern with a Zen vibe, a breath of fresh air and tranquility. The gym is spacious and well aired-out with good equipment, not the standard broken down machines found in other hotels.

Disliked:No complaints whatsoever.
