Cancellation
Cancellation terms vary by rate. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified.
Payment
All prices are all-inclusive with taxes and fees. A valid credit card is required at check-in. No additional resort or service fees will apply.
Important Information
The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in. Early check in before 15:00 is subject to availability and at an additional charge. Charges apply for late check-outs. Late check-out between 11:00-13:00 costs 50% of the room charge. Late check-out after 13:00 costs 100% of room charge. In the case of consecutive nights, "simple cleaning" is a request system. If you wish, please put out a cleaning request tag in front of the door. Simple cleaning means collection of face towels, bath towels, bath mats, nightwear, and trash in trash cans. If the stay is 7 nights or more, "room cleaning" will be done once a week in addition to the above simple cleaning. Bed making, changing towels and nightwear, replenishing room equipment, cleaning the room, and collecting garbage from the trash can. *Additional room cleaning is available for an additional fee. Please contact the front desk for details. Please be informed that the entire hotel will be closed for renovations from Monday, May 11, 2026. The official reopening date will be announced on our official website as soon as it is decided.
