Liked:Location was good.

Disliked:They closed the terrace which was a draw card for the property given its view. There was also a set price menu which I believe applied to sit out there. Without that there wasn’t a good area to chill with a child and have a nibble and drink. The property has huge potential but is very average at the moment.

Liked:For hotel, well cleaned the guestroom with outstanding service. For location, it is an excellent location for dining and shopping, together with Tokyo tower too. Super location!

Disliked:More desirable if adequate socket for charging and less in-room sockets installed.

Lovely spacious hotel

Liked:The staff are very helpful and friendly. I would say the rooms are large compared to the average Tokyo hotel room size, plenty of space with two suitcases open. The bed in the King room was large and comfortable. There is a Lawson's in the basement which is very convenient. Although we didn't eat at the hotel, there are many restaurants on site. Very close to Tokyo Tower and Azubudai Hills as well as a subway station just outside. Walking distance from Teamlab Boarderless as well. 25 mins taxi to Haneda Airport, 5am check out was easy.

Disliked:It was my fault for not checking before booking but the lack of coin laundry was a surprise for a hotel in Tokyo.

Liked:The size and the space in our room was excellent. 2 bathrooms and a separate large sitting area were just ideal for myself and my teenage son. The room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our 5 night stay.

Disliked:There was nothing that we didn't like.
