Nightmare hotel

Liked:Bonvoy Platium member without upgrade from my 15th floor standard King room with excuse of fully booked but larger room we found were making up on the same floor. Lies! My profile listed preference of room near lobby, that all Bonvoy properties notify it. but Marriott staff not notified and my room was assigned at the dead end of corridor. Asked for afternoon tea at lobby lounge at 16:30 but refused due to close at 17:00. Go to lounge and just want to get a coke and my son stand at the entrance, the indian lady staff immediately said that child need to pay to enter the lounge. The first image of this hotel is hunger for money, that I paid over 135000 yen for two nights. Shuttle bus schedules so called available but frequency is low and not available in the afternoon till 19:30 is the last bus. Walking to Shinagawa station is far away and challenging during raining especially off office hour. Shuttle bus sharing with office tower beside and Japanese from there are chatting very noisy. Complaint to Front Office Assistant Manager, who only offer 1000 points and slightly upgrade to Deluxe King on 11th floor. Thanks for assuring it in my black list and never be there agai in

A Calm, Welcoming Stay in the Heart of Shinagawa

Liked:I checked in around 10 PM and was immediately struck by how warmly the staff greeted me — it genuinely felt like a welcome, not just a check-in procedure. After a long day, that made a real difference. The room was spotless and well-appointed, with a proper bathtub that made it easy to unwind properly. Breakfast the next morning was equally impressive — a wide variety of options, and the staff were happy to point out their recommendations, which I appreciated. The lounge on the 26th floor was a highlight. The view was simply stunning, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was notably unhurried — never crowded, always composed. Exactly the kind of stay where you can actually decompress. One pleasant surprise: the hotel sits right next to Gotenyama Park, a compact green space that's perfect for a gentle morning stroll before breakfast. As for access — Shinagawa Station is a short distance away, but the hotel runs a complimentary shuttle bus, so it's no hassle at all. Worth knowing too: a local bus stop just outside the hotel connects directly to Roppongi without any transfers, which turned out to be more convenient than I expected. If you're looking for a Tokyo stay that combines genuine hospitality with a sense of quiet, this is hard to beat.

Good business hotel, nice exec lounge on 26th floor

Liked:I stayed for 4 nights and was very satisfied. Check in and checkout were both smooth. Room was nice, well equipped, clean. I appreciated access to the lounge on 26th floor, it had good views, was busy but not overcrowded and offered good choices for drinks and everything happy hour - food was always quickly restocked, choices were good, food tasted well. Lounge staff was very professional, friendly and attentive. Gym on the first floor looks a bit temporary, but has a basic equipment and was not very busy. Overall very pleasant experience.

Service is good but he room size is so small

Liked:The staff are nice and friendly to help, and the breakfast is great for lots of choices. The room is quite small especially I got a truly small king bed room. And the facility is old and the bathroom is really needed to be renovated. There is shuttle bus to Shiganawa station so quite convenient. There is a convenient store near the hotel so can get many things you need.
