From the Shinkansen (bullet train)'s exit or the Narita Express platform, please follow the sign for the Marunouchi South Exit. Due to the large number of guests arriving between 15:00 and 17:00, please be advised that it may take time to check in. Luggage storage is available both before and after check-in. Please note additional breakfast charges are applied to children 7 years and older when booking with a breakfast-inclusive rate. Children 6 years and under are served a complimentary breakfast. Please specify how many children will be staying and their respective ages in the special request box.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
