The hotel's entrance is right next to the Marunouchi South Exit of Tokyo Station. From the Shinkansen (bullet train)'s exit or the Narita Express platform, please follow the sign for the Marunouchi South Exit. Due to the large number of guests arriving between 15:00 and 17:00, please be advised that it may take time to check in. Luggage storage is available both before and after check-in. Please note additional breakfast charges are applied to children 7 years and older when booking with a breakfast-inclusive rate. Children 6 years and under are served a complimentary breakfast.
