Liked:Everything was great!!! We especially loved the chocolate chip cookies they serve on the first floor :D

Disliked:The minibar menu (with the prices) was placed way too far back, so we didn’t get to see the prices before opening the cookies :’(

Best Hotel Experience in All My Years of Travel — Edition Ginza Exceeded Every Expectation

Liked:1- Stayed here with my family over the summer, and this was hands-down the best hotel experience we've had across years of travel. 2- Staff & Service: Every single team member went above and beyond — attentive, warm, and genuinely present rather than just going through the motions (specially Nilar from guest services and Ashley) 3- Cleanliness: Impeccable throughout the stay, from the room to the public spaces — never a detail out of place. 4- Location: Unbeatable base in Ginza, putting us within easy reach of everything we wanted to see and do in Tokyo. 5- Overall: A truly fantastic stay from start to finish — highly recommend for families and anyone looking for a five-star experience in Tokyo

Incredible stay

Liked:One of the most attentive and welcoming hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time. I visited for my birthday, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make it memorable, surprising me with balloons and a beautiful dessert delivered to my room. The location is great, just a short walk from restaurants, cafés, and shopping. Despite being so central, the room was quiet, with no outside noise, making for a very comfortable stay. Another highlight was the 24-hour room service, which was especially convenient since many restaurants in Japan close relatively early. I’m looking forward to visiting back soon !!
