Important Information
Please note extra beds cannot be accommodated in the following room types: Deluxe King Room, Deluxe Hollywood Twin Room and Club Deluxe King Room. Guests under 18 years old are not allowed in the swimming pool or fitness club. Children aged 13 - 17 years and below can only use the pool area under adult supervision. Please note that in accordance with local regulations, the hotel will be completely replacing the pool water on the following dates: December 16th and 17th, 2025. During this period, the pool, jacuzzi, warming room, and relaxation room will be unavailable. Please note that in accordance with the Electricity Business Act, the hotel will be conducting regular electrical equipment inspections on the following dates /times: 7th January, 2026, from 9:15 AM to 3:15 PM. During this period, facilities and guest rooms on the 14th floor and above will be without power. In-room electricity, toilets, hot water, and other services will be unavailable. Please note that the hotel will be undergoing a changeover of internet equipment in the hotel on the following dates/times: 13th February, 2026 / 1:00 a.m. - 2:30 a.m. During the work, both wired and wireless internet will be unavailable in the hotel, and the various video streaming services available from the guest room TV menu will be temporarily unavailable. Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
