Wonderful, convenient hotel for tourists with exceptional facilities

Liked:The staff were amazing. So friendly, and spoke English making it very easy to check in and out. The breakfast buffet and menu was really good, we were thankful we included that in the booking. We also made use of the coin laundry and upstairs waiting area when we were ready to check out. Very convenient place to stay while visiting Japan and central to Ueno. Lots of local convenient stores to get snacks on the way home. Really enjoyable stay.

Disliked:The beds were harder than what we are used to in Australia. However, they were the most comfortable with where stayed in Japan overall.
