Great location and large room.

Liked:Really good location - an easy few minutes walk to Akihabara station, the room was clean and a good size for a family of four. Having the washing machine was really useful.

Disliked:The beds were quite firm but it depends on your liking. It would have been good if the outside balcony area was cleaner and had a rack to hang clothes to dry.

Superb functional hotel.

Liked:Big room! (especially considering Tokyo hotels), small kitchen for snacks or light meals, separated toilet and bathroom, clean facilities, in-room washing machine!, helpful rnglish speaking staff for all questions with fast messaging response time, good location - quiet yet few min away from main train station to explore all tokyo, with lots of nearby options for restaurants, groceries or Akihabara area for shopping.

Disliked:FYI - no hotel dining options (no breakfast/dinner/room service), no pool/spa etc.

A comfy stay with great value

Liked:The room was very spacious, and the staff were good at English and attended to us well. Would like to express thanks to the taller gentleman who helped fix our door, he was very helpful and we appreciated his help and general hospitality.
