Liked:• The location is excellent, in Roppongi and well connected to many of Tokyo’s main attractions. • The view from the restaurant is beautiful, with a direct view of Tokyo Tower. • The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. • The furnishings were pleasant and comfortable overall. • I appreciated the practical facilities available to guests, including microwaves, vending machines, and complimentary disposable plates and cutlery, which made it easy to enjoy takeaway meals in the room.

Disliked:• The hotel is quite expensive for what it offers, and the overall value for money could be improved. • The property caters to many tour groups, which can make common areas feel crowded and busy. • The cleanliness was not up to the standard expected for the price point. We found dust and hair in the room upon arrival. • Considering the room condition and facilities, the rates felt higher than justified.

Great hotel in a convenient location with modern rooms and highly helpful service.

Liked:The hotel is clean, modern, and located in a nice area close to the metro station. The staff provided excellent service, welcoming our baby with a thoughtful stuffed animal gift, recommending good local restaurants, and helping forward our luggage to our next hotel. There is also a great coffee shop right across the road.

Disliked:Nothing really, the stay was good and satisfactory.
