Great Stay, Limited Lounge Benefits

Liked:The location and room were excellent. However, it's worth noting that the lounge access is quite limited. Outside of the designated meal service times, you can only use the small dining area, where complimentary tea and coffee are available along with a limited selection of snacks. There were no gluten-free snack options available.

Disliked:The lounge access did not meet our expectations and offered far less value than anticipated. Breakfast was also disappointing, with a limited selection of options, and the hot food was often only lukewarm rather than properly hot.

Very nice hotel in a clean area with helpful staff

Liked:Very nice hotel in a very nice location! We loved staying in the Ginza area because of how clean it was. The staff was very kind, they helped us forward our luggage to our next hotel in Kyoto.

Disliked:The room was small but most hotel rooms in Japan are on the smaller size. We had enough space for two people and three suitcases.
