Liked:This is a love hotel, where privacy and discreteness is the utmost priority for staff and other travelers. So things might feel a little off compared to other hotels (e.g., very little conversation during check-in and check-out). But its not bad, its just the way these types of hotels operate. With that said... I stayed here for a week for vacation and it was great! For the price you pay, the room size is huge (by Tokyo hotel standards) and impeccably clean. Housekeeping is done on-request (you hang a sign outside your door). The hotel is an 8 minute walk to Ikebukuro subway station, and a 5 minute walk to the Haneda limousine bus stop. And plenty of restaurants, bars, anime things, and shopping within a 10 minute walking radius (especially near the Sunshine City Mall area). Location is also very safe. I went on plenty of neighborhood walks during daytime, nighttime, and drunktime -- and never felt unsafe, nor did I ever encounter any unsavory folks just lingering around. Final note... there was an earlier review that said you had to return your room key to the front desk whenever you left the room. That was not the case with me. I kept my room key on me during my entire stay, and came and went whenever I pleased.

Liked:This is a love hotel so it is catered to attracting people who are seeking out this type of hotel. But it is also great for tourists. Great value for money and the rooms were decently sized, and the bathrooms were great with their amenities. Just be warned since it is a love hotel, the staff are quite reserved and private as to uphold anonymity to the people using the love hotel for that service.

It was okay

Liked:Close to walk to train station and bathroom set up was good too

Disliked:The room was so small and the bed was uncomfortable. The lights were also not bright enough. There's nothing all-inclusive at all as far as food or drinks
