Liked:We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special thank you to the lovely Yana, who made us feel truly at home with her warm and friendly service. The hotel is beautiful, with two great swimming pools overlooking breathtaking views. Its location is excellent—very close to the Old Town and especially convenient for guests renting a car, with easy access and parking. The restaurant is nice and serves typical European cuisine. The only area that could be improved is the variety of fresh vegetables, which was quite limited. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Disliked:weak water pressure in the bathtub.

Liked:Nice staff, great views and the room was very nice. We had a large balcony. Beds very comfortable and the AC works. Excellent outdoors space and the pools were clean and well kept.

Disliked:The breakfast was a bit off. Coffee machines didn't work well.

Disliked:Absolute worse stay I've have on booking! 1- I booked a roiom with a jacuzzi, but then when i gwt there, the jacuzzi is broken! I asked the reception to change the room but they wouldn't! They promised ro send someone to fix it that day but the guy came next day and Did not fix it! 2-Our room had a strong sewage smell and the pool area too! 3- the appartement is listed with a kitchen yet they dont proviode you anything! No cutlery or something to cookl with not even plates! The cubberst are empty! 4- the location was the worst ive ever experienced! Ther is no side walk down the mountain making it dangerous to walk up or down the hill. The trip down ia 25 euros each way, so a sum of 50 euros every time you have to leave the hotel even to the grocery store 5-the water at the hotel in 4.5 euro!!! The pool is nice but way nicer on the photos 6- receptionist are super rude ! 7- the hotel overall need maintenance, it's looks ru down and neglected! Shame 8- food in the restaurant was low quality and the breakfast was super cheap quality, we where eating breakfast at a neighbor hotel ! I asked then to let me cancel the stay and book something else, first they gave me a verbal aproval and then changed their mind! We ended up cutting out trip short, and had to waste money rebooking something else! Seriously very disappointed!
