Liked:The dinning room was overcrowded. the toilet seat in the room was not installed properly. No parking. A bit far to walk to the center of town. I would have taken the car but I dint want to give up the parking space that I found

Disliked:The staff in the dinning hall were very accomodating.

Good hotel, excellent location. Substandard room service and parking facilities.

Liked:The location is excellent. The staff is helpful and very accommodating. We were also happy with the breakfast menu and the overall hotel appearance.

Disliked:The rooms were not cleaned at all during our stay. Although we spent both days out of the room and out of the hotel, when we returned to the rooms, they hadn't been cleaned at all. The second day could be explained by the late checkout available on Saturday, but rooms should be cleaned during stays. Second, the hotel must sort out the parking situation. The hotel is in the middle of Tiberias, off the sea of Galilee shore. and they don't have a single hotel parking spot. I don't mean valet parking. I'm talking about any parking spot. The only suggestion is to try and find public parking on the street, which is very hard to come by. They suggest that you pay for it with a parking app, or buy from them a daily parking ticket. This is an unacceptable solution for such a high-end hotel. I'd assume that 95% of their visitors come by car, and the hotel should sort out their parking trouble.

I would definitely

Liked:Kim, the reception manager went above and beyond to help me. He arranged private tours, taxi services, and gave me so many suggestions of how an American senior lady traveling alone could navigate in an Arab world. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff and in particular Kim. Also, they included buffet. Breakfast was amazing. Lovely presentation and exceptional food. The server working in that area was so friendly and kind.

Disliked:There is really nothing that could be better. The outstanding service by Kim and the staff over shadowed anything.
