Liked:Private, spacious and extremely well priced villa. Located in a quiet place away from tourist areas, which is exactly what we were looking for. We stayed for 2 nights with our 2 small dogs and were delighted that all of the facilities were pet friendly, including the bar and restaurant. Staff were very kind and helpful, allowed us to check out late at no extra cost and were generally very accommodating. Food at the restaurant was well priced for a resort and delicious. Will definitely visit again.

Liked:The Best Family Vacation Ever! 10 Days of Perfection and Exceptional Hospitality! **Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️** We just returned from an extended 10-day stay at this boutique resort, and I can honestly say it was the best family vacation we have ever had. From the moment we were greeted at the airport, checked in until the moment we left, everything was absolutely perfect. The privacy of our pool villa was incredible—a true sanctuary that was luxurious and impeccably clean. However, what really makes this place special is the people. Every staff member was genuinely friendly and helpful, but we want to give a **huge special mention to Phrae from reception**. She was exceptionally great! Her warmth and attention to detail made us feel right at home. We also want to extend a **great thanks to the owner, Mr. Andrew**. He is so welcoming and warm every single day. We loved how he greets everyone personally during breakfast, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. That personal touch really sets this resort apart. Speaking of breakfast, the **all-Halal food** was amazing with so much variety—there was always something delicious to look forward to. You can also order anything from their restaurant and delivered to your villa. The villas also have all you need from kitchen equipments and TV with streaming services and free daily cleaning. Gym, Massage Spa (with option for in-room massage service) and Pool Bar are also available within the property Location-wise, while the resort is a bit further from the busy city center, it is actually very convenient. They provide **free van services to bangtao beach and a nearby mall** multiple times a day, so getting around was completely stress-free or easily book a grab taxi to go anywhere. You can also book your excursions via the reception who can recommend several great activities. We loved every second of our 10-day stay and are already planning our return.

Disliked:Honestly, I had a bad experience. The air conditioner in room number 1 broke down 3 times and the water was cut off twice. This is something that shouldn't happen in a hotel at all.

Amazing pool, villa and staff.

Liked:It was excellent. The private pool area was so much better than I imagined. Spacious, clean, a great place to relax and just be. The inside of the villa was also great, lots of space. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. We started with 3 nights and extended to 5. We loved the secluded area of the property, you do need a car/bike to get out anywhere. However hotel has a free shuttle service to the mall and to the beach, or you can hire from them and go any time. And we also used grab. The food in the restaurant is also excellent and good prices, so we didn’t feel we needed to go anywhere. I would 100% come back here and recommend to anyone just wanting to relax.
