Liked:It is always difficult to leave a negative review, especially because the staff were excellent. If I were rating the staff alone, I would give them 10/10. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the rest of the experience.

Disliked:The room is in serious need of renovation, particularly when it comes to the electrical system and basic facilities, such as the fridge. Several aspects of the room feel outdated and would benefit from a thorough refurbishment.

Liked:The hotel is located in the city center. There is a restaurant/cafe belonging to the hotel on the ground floor. It's a very popular restaurant. We ate our meals there. The breakfast was very good.

Disliked:The hotel didn't have its own parking lot, but the back entrance opened onto a municipal parking garage. The parking fees were very reasonable.

Liked:Location was close by to everything. Room was big and clean. AC was very quiet which was nice for a peaceful sleep. View out of the big windows overlooked the nearby cafes and trees where each evening we were privy to a starling murmuration. Cafe downstairs was very smoky which was a shame as it looked nice to sit. Car park was round the back and we supposed to be charged €3 a day but somehow paid 30 denar for 3 days- bonus :).

Disliked:Smoky cafe downstairs
