Liked:Very helpful staff carried all our gear, dog stuff included, up to our room.

Disliked:Noise from construction across the street sucked.

Disappointed and won’t return

Liked:Location is great

Disliked:It is only really a bunch of timeshares and it depends which unit one gets that has been updated or not etc. there is construction in units that is disruptive. You can’t charge to your room for example at the pool. No restaurant either

First stay in mountain village

Liked:The hotel is gorgeous. Facilities are really good. Great gym, amazing pool and good spa. Rooms are big. Staff was very responsive.

Disliked:Two major things we didn’t like: 1. Beds are extremely hard which made it hard for us to sleep well. 2. They used a portable AC in our room (their rooms don’t have Air Conditioning) and that device was super loud. We could open the windows to get fresh air as our room was located next to the board walk and all the lights and noises from outside disturbed our night. So, great hotel, not the best for us to get some rest.
